To Return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service representative by email at customers@texasjeans.com (or) by calling (336) 629-3018 or by faxing us at (336) 629-3685 Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If we should make a mistake on your order or if the product is defective we will send a UPS Call to pick up and we will pay for the shipping. Normal exchanges and returns; shipping cost to and from TexasJeansUSA is paid by our customers. Please allow 4-6 weeks for returns to be processed. If we have the return in stock, the time will be reduced accordingly.
For Normal returns please place the jean(s) back in the box, or in a same size box. Leave a note inside stating what was wrong with the jeans, and if you need a new size. Please send the package to the following address:

Our main office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm EST. After office hours Voice Mail is available for any issues and will be responded to the next business day. Phone Orders can also be taken during these hours (except normal holidays) as well as going to our "CONTACT PAGE" and click on "FAX ORDER" and print out an order form to fax to us at 336-629-3685.

We ship direct from our own factory and most orders go out within 3-5 days of our receiving the order. We are in stock on more than 90% of the styles and sizes we offer online. We do not charge your credit card if we are not in stock at the time you submit your order.
FIT TIPS FOR MEN'S SIZES:
It is always good to measure your best fitting Jeans. Do this by placing your Jeans on a flat surface, extend the waist and inseam and get the wrinkles out and pull the area to be measured tight. The waist band should be measured from side to side x 2. Inseam, measure from the crotch seam under the zipper where the 4 parts are joined to the bottom of the Jean leg.
If you ever noticed your dress pants are usually 1 to 2 sizes larger than your Jeans. Jeans tend to Shrink a small amount then Stretch back as you put them on and move around. You may find that your favorite Jeans waist and or hip area is larger now than when you bought the Jeans. however, your knee, bottom and inseam will not be larger as they do not have any stress against them.
All of our Jeans have been commercially machine pre-washed / pre-shrunk at least one time unless stated. Many Jeans companies have "Up-Sized" their Jeans 1 to 2" over the stated size. Original "Work wear and Western wear "Older Brands" have not done this for the most part on their original style #'s. Premium, Designer and more expensive Jeans are usually 1 to 2" larger than the size states. TEXAS JEANS that are listed as Relaxed are +1" to 2" Up-sized (Larger) than the size states, our other styles are true size. If you are uncertain of your size SEND US YOUR MEASURED JEAN SIZES and the brand style details and we will confirm your correct size. Ladies should measure your Hips if uncertain.... Orders placed on Fri,Sat,Sun will process thru on Monday. Allow extra time during holidays. We do not charge your credit card until we verify the merchandise in available to ship. We are able to offer Free Custom Inseam lengths because we make everything and ship direct to our customers from our on-site factory. With the growing demand for Made In America products in other countries we now offer online direct retail and dealer sales to outside the US. International orders require 10 to 21 days to fulfill delivers. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges are paid at the time of the order.
